Virtual Couch to 5K Programme

Couch to 5K is for EVERYONE, whether you’ve never run before, or you want to get back into being more active. Couch to 5k works because it starts with a mix of running and walking, to gradually build up your fitness and stamina. Week one involves running just for a minute at a time, creating realistic expectations and making the challenge feel achievable, right from the start.

This is a 10-week programme that aims to get you running 5km or running for 30 minutes by the end of the 10 weeks. These sessions will be set virtually, 3 times a week and ready for you to complete in your own time.

​

FOR BEGINNERS AND ANYONE NEW TO RUNNING! 

​

By taking part in our virtual Couch to 5k programme you will be able to…

  • Take part in 10 weeks of training that is led by a qualified running coach. 
  • Become a member of a community filled with likeminded people to keep yourself accountable and motivated.

  • Have access to weekly check in sessions organised at a time to suit you.

  • Have the opportunity to ask any questions to your coach as well as speak to others also taking part in the programme.

  • Have access to weekly videos and blogs from the lead coach support you throughout the programme.

The cost for this programme is £15.00 and is to be paid in advance on registration.

Bespoke Training Plans

No matter what your running goal is, we can create a bespoke training plan that works for you. 

​

Get a unique training plan that is crafted by one of our coaches to match your schedule, ability and your goals. This plan evolves as you progress throughout your training. 

​

By having a bespoke training plan written by our coaches, you will benefit from the following: 

  • A personalised, weekly training plan geared towards your current goal/race of your choice. 

  • 1-2-1 personal coaching via WhatsApp, text message or email for all your queries and problems around all things running. 

  • Analysis of all running and feedback on all training completed. 

  • An additional strength and conditioning advice to ensure that you continue to running strong throughout your training. 

  • A community built around one aim - to improve and achieve within the world of running. 

 

With this training programme, you will require an initial FREE consultation to discuss your goals and what you want to achieve by training with us.

The cost for this programme is £25 per month.
