Sports Massage
LOCATIONS: Sport Clinic and Wellness Rooms in Newton Abbot
A sports massage manipulates the soft tissue, helping the body to recover and adapt to the daily strains placed upon them. Sports massage is often supplemented by other massage therapy styles, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point (myotherapy), shiatsu, acupressure, compression, cross-fibre and lymphatic massage.
Whether you are a builder, sports person or keen gardener, sport massage will definitely benefit you!

Mobile Sports Massage
LOCATIONS: Plymouth and Surrounding Areas
What's better than getting a sports massage? Getting one in the comfort of your own home of course! Dani is currently covering Plymouth, Plymstock, Plympton, Ivybridge* and Tavistock* but if your area isn't mentioned then please let us know and we will see what we can arrange.
